Raw Chocolate Mousse Recipe:
(Serves 2)

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 2 dates
  • 2 teaspoons raw cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons labneh cheese
  • 12 raw cashews
  • 2 scoops (20 grams) Nutrafine Bovine Collagen
  • A small amount of rock salt for topping

Instructions:
This is a very easy and healthy mousse recipe. The ripeness of the avocado is especially important. Blend all ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth and creamy. No cooking required—it's ready instantly!

Divide the mousse evenly into two separate bowls. Before serving, sprinkle a small amount of rock salt on top. If desired, you can also garnish with shredded coconut or crushed pistachios.
