Raw Chocolate Mousse Recipe;
(For 2 people)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 medium-sized banana
-2 dates
- 2 teaspoons of raw cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of labneh
-12 raw cashews
- 2 scoops (20 grams) of Nutrafine Bovine Collagen
-A small amount of rock salt for topping.
*A very practical and healthy mousse recipe. It's especially important that the avocados are ripe. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or mixer until they reach a creamy consistency. It's ready immediately without cooking.
Serve equally in two separate bowls, adding a small amount of rock salt just before serving.
You can also decorate it with shredded coconut or pistachios if you like.
