ORDER SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
 
Your order will be delivered to the customer or the person or entity at the address specified by the customer within the time frame stated on our website, depending on the distance of the delivery address for each product, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded. Deliveries will only be made through the courier companies or our distribution network determined by our website, and identity verification will be performed. Customers cannot request delivery with a different courier company.
 
Shipping costs for your orders are added to the total order amount at the final stage of the shopping process on our website. The shipping cost is automatically displayed on our website. Shipping costs are calculated online during the shopping process and added to the invoice. The amount customers will pay for shipping is always clearly stated on the shopping cart page. Therefore, the final payment amount reflects both the product price and the shipping cost. Since orders are shipped with the shipping cost paid by the sender, customers do not pay any extra fees upon delivery of their ordered products.
 
If you placed your order as a pre-order, your order will arrive on the date specified on our website. There may be a delay of 1 or 2 days.
 
If the ordered product is to be delivered to a person or organization other than our customer, our website and company cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.
 
Our customers must check their order packages upon delivery and should not accept damaged or faulty packages. Once the package is received, the order is considered delivered complete and undamaged by the courier. Therefore, we strongly request that you open your package in front of the courier and identify any problematic items – if any – in their presence. To initiate the return process, you must inform us by documenting the situation in the presence of the courier. The document must clearly state whether the package was opened before delivery or whether it was damaged upon arrival, and must be signed by both you and the courier.
 
Our customers declare, accept, and undertake to enter all requested information completely and accurately on the website. Sales from www.nutrafine.com are made to customers who are over 18 years of age and reside in Türkiye. If our customers mislead us and place an order while being under 18 years of age, our website reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order. In such a case, our customer and/or their primary guardian will be responsible for any legal problems our company may face; and under no circumstances will they be able to claim any rights or receivables.
 
www.nutrafine.com reserves the right to change, increase, decrease, or remove payment options from time to time. Tax-free sales are not made. VAT is applied to all products sold.
 
Our company cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or other technical issues that may occur during or at any time while providing services on the www.nutrafine.com website; for interruptions or terminations of these services; or for disruptions caused by hardware, software, internet server, or stock shortages.
 
www.nutrafine.com is owned by Tezman Holding A.Ş. Product and company names mentioned on the site may be trademarks and trade names of their respective owners. Tezman Holding A.Ş. reserves the right to change the site content, product prices, and all similar site information and elements on the www.nutrafine.com website and its online store without prior notice. All visitors and members using our site are deemed to have accepted the information and warnings explained above.
 
For orders placed using the bank transfer payment option, if payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled, and the product reserved for that customer will be re-added to stock and offered for sale for the next 3 days. Our company is not responsible for any issues arising from this cancellation, stock depletion, or the customer's inability to reorder the product. All costs incurred due to this situation are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer acknowledges that our company is exempt from any problems that may arise.
 
In case of any bilateral disputes arising from the Terms of Service Agreement and User Rights text, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and the Istanbul Consumer Courts are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
 
By placing an order, our customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of use found on our website.
