I want to return the item(s) in my order. What should I do?
If you notice any damage such as crushing or breakage on delivery of products from nutrafine.com, you must take a picture of the product on the day of delivery, without damaging the packaging, and send it to www.nutrafine.com (info@nutrafine.com) along with a return report . You can then follow up on the process with your bank.
As a general rule, you can return the product you purchased within 7 business days from the delivery date, in accordance with the terms of the contract, along with your invoice issued by www.nutrafine.com and a note explaining the reason for the return.

**If the invoice for the product you wish to return is issued to a company, you must include a return invoice issued by the company when returning the product. The return invoice should be issued without including the shipping cost (product unit price + VAT). Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.**
NEW PROCEDURE ACCORDING TO GENERAL CIRCULAR NO. 385 OF THE TAX PROCEDURE LAW! If you are not a taxpayer, when returning the product you purchased, you must completely fill out the relevant return section on the invoice belonging to our company, sign it, and send it back to us along with the product. Otherwise, your return process will not be completed. General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must absolutely be made with the original box or packaging.
